# Preparation Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
04 - Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until heated through, then remove from heat.
05 - Spread a thin layer of the meat mixture on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over it, followed by one-third of the remaining meat mixture, one-third of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and a few spoonfuls of sour cream.
06 - Repeat the layering process two more times, finishing with cheese on top.
07 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
08 - Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
09 - Allow the dish to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with sliced jalapeños, fresh cilantro, and green onions if desired.
