# Preparation Steps:
01 - Whisk almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a medium bowl or large jar until thoroughly mixed.
02 - In a small bowl, blend matcha powder, peppermint extract, and green food coloring with two tablespoons of the chia mixture until smooth.
03 - Stir the matcha-mint mixture back into the remaining chia pudding base until evenly colored and combined.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of four hours or preferably overnight to achieve a thick, pudding-like consistency.
