# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Wash and scrub potatoes thoroughly. Cut each in half lengthwise, then slice each half into 4 wedges (8 wedges per potato).
03 - In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, and dried parsley.
04 - Add potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the garlic butter mixture.
05 - Place wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
06 - Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on edges.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over wedges during last 5 minutes of roasting. Remove from oven, garnish with extra parsley, and serve hot.
