# Preparation Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water and stir until completely smooth.
03 - Transfer melted chocolate into a piping bag or a small zip-top bag and snip off a tiny corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the parchment-lined baking sheet to serve as tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick, creating a triangular Christmas tree shape.
06 - While chocolate is still wet, immediately sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls onto each tree.
