# Preparation Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast for 20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
05 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven, sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly over the sprouts, then return to the oven and roast for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is golden and sprouts are crisp.
