11 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
12 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Preparation Steps:

01 - Combine warm water, active dry yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
02 - Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
03 - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise in a warm environment for 45 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.
05 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Punch down the risen dough and roll into a 9 by 13-inch rectangle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt to create garlic butter.
