# Preparation Steps:
01 - Set oven to 425°F and prepare for baking.
02 - Pat chicken dry and evenly season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
04 - Transfer chicken to a baking dish, pour chicken broth and barbecue sauce over. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick strips. Toss with vegetable oil, sea salt, black pepper, and paprika. Arrange on parchment-lined baking sheet.
06 - Bake fries for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through until golden and crisp.
07 - Remove chicken from oven and shred using two forks. Mix shredded chicken with sauce in baking dish.
08 - Brush slider buns with melted butter and toast in oven for 3–4 minutes.
09 - Layer shredded BBQ chicken on bottom halves of buns, top with cheddar cheese and coleslaw, then cover with top halves.
10 - Serve sliders warm alongside crispy fries.
