06 - 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
07 - 2 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
08 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
09 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

11 - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
12 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
13 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
14 - Lime wedges, for serving
# Preparation Steps:
01 - Toss shrimp with cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
02 - Whisk honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together in a small bowl; set aside.
03 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side until opaque.
04 - Pour sauce into skillet and toss shrimp to coat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and shrimp are cooked through.
05 - Remove from heat. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
